Alliance provided design review and construction documentation for this new two building apartment complex located in Allentown’s Neighborhood Improvement Zone. The main building consists of underground parking, street level retail, and 4 stories of apartments of which we were responsible for the parking & retail levels, and all of the retail fit-outs. The annex building, which we were responsible for in its entirety, consists of street level retail and 3 stories of apartments.
