Ruby's Asian Market/Restaurant
Tenant fit-out of empty retail strip center space to become an Asian market and restaurant serving Filipino lunch and dinner. The project featured upgrades to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as well as a full commercial kitchen.
The owner acted as his own general contractor.
